Join the Bailliage de Scottsdale

Scottsdale Bailliage unites professional and amateur gastronomes in a private not-for-profit society.

Membership (both amateur and professional) is by invitation, and members are encouraged to bring guests to one or more of the events (dinners and gastronomic weekends) that each Bailliage holds over the course of a year. Once accepted, new members are “inducted” and receive their Chaîne ribbons at an annual dinner of the chapter. Chaîne members are warmly welcomed when visiting the establishments of professional members and local chapters, wherever they may be in the world.

The Scottsdale Bailliage is a Profession Bailliage. Our membership is comprised of Hospitality Professionals and Gastronomes of discriminating taste. Our members represent the finest Hotel/Resorts, Restaurants, Private Clubs and related industry hospitality businesses in the Scottsdale/Valley of the Sun area.
